Unfortunately, my original digital piano order was out of stock and the email we received was not optimistic about a timeline to receive it. I called Jeff Chanta and spoke with him about other options. Jeff was terrific. I never felt pressured. He asked 'me' what I was thinking of and had an actual conversation. It felt authentic, never a 'used car salesman' tactic. It was refreshing and reassuring and secured my future purchases with SA.

First time I have ordered a guitar online. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right one given the (4) in stock of the color I wanted. It was a Gibson Les Paul Standard so needless to say getting an instrument at that price point online was a little unnerving since you typically play them first just to make sure it's the "right" one. However, the guitar showed up on time and is better than I expected. Nicely done!
