I worked with Scott H, he was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable. I wanted a rare guitar that they didn't have in their store. He did some research to find the guitar and called me back to let me know (he did this very quickly) he found one!!! I paid for it and it was shipped!! Very good customer service, I will definitely use again!!!
