I ordered a Martin online but had issues with using the samash credit for 0 percent interest. Evan in New York took care of it thru email and mobile phone with me. Excellent customer service. Then the case was damaged at delivery and Travis in Georgia (I think) jumped to the rescue and had another sent even tho the Martin office was closed for the holiday. Slow start but I would not be happy if Even and Travis hadn't been so accommodating to make sure I got what I paid for. Well done Guys!
