I have never had an issue with buying from Sam Ash the employees are always quite knowledgeable and helpful and I enjoy shopping there rather than the other big box guitar store i e Guitar Center they do not treat people right I like Sam Ash and I would not shop anywhere else for my musical instruments

Little glitch from clicking on Ad, to Applying for a card I didn't want or need, to buying. Having said that, Called support center and was taken care of right away. Shipment was very fast,( XMAS time) and was extremely well packed.Guitar came out of box perfect,( I've bought at least 40 guitars online). Guitar tuned up and broke in well within a hour. I live in Seattle, We dont have Sam Ash, but my daughter lives in Jersey and I visit your store everytime I'm there!!! A++ On my Supro Hampton!! Thanks!! Return Customer!!!
