Wonderful customer service in the store. The associate ordered a saxophone for me and it was a quick process and it arrived in 2 days. She was very informative and knowledgeable.

Always buy Sam Ash, whether in the KOP store (major props to Guitar and Drum Depts there) and with Mike virtually. Both are absolutely the best!!!! One gripe with in store is that it’s hard to get supplies (like fender strings).
Experience was great. Got a call informing me that what I was buying was a floor model. He made sure to let me know that it’s in good condition with a minor dent from tuning. Kinda wished I had a bit more of a discount for the floor model as he asked me if I knew that’s what I was buying in which I told him, no because I was buying online. I told him I trusted him. All in all. It was nice.
