The acoustic guitar I received was different from the one advertised. It was a similar part number, but was did not include electronics and hard-shell case as was advertised. The salesman was helpful and not to blame, but it was a system error. I would have kept the guitar I received with a price adjustment, but it had sharp fret wires. My being lefthanded made it impossible for Sam Ash to send a replacement, as there was no stock of either model. They did issue a prepaid return label.
