I ordered 2 tambourines. 1 came from OH, the other from VA. The one from OH was great! They sent me an email when it shipped, it arrived promptly, and was in excellent condition. The one from VA I was not so happy about. No shipping email, it arrived a week after the first, and was broken when I got it.
