Good price, shipped fine, poor communication. I tried to get info about the discounted drum with no response. Arrived with a blown out snare side head and a section of the bearing edge ply is pulling apart. Looks like it was dropped, which is fine, I probably still would have purchased but better communication would be helpful in making a decision to purchase
