I purchased line 6 GL4 delay pedal and after receiving it I noticed that it didn’t work. I called customer service and spoke to Bill. He printed a return label. Meanwhile I went to you tube and watched video on how to fix the pedal. The video revealed how poorly the pedal was made and how Line 6 used really cheap components. So I decided to return it. Although the customer service rep. was very helpful and courteous and this impressed me Thank u customer service TM
