Due to the vacuum tube scare a week or so ago, I placed an online order for two 6L6 Power tubes and a 12AX7 preamp tube. Both showed "in stock" at the time. Received notification that the 12AX7 had shipped. No word on the 6L6's. Called customer support and Jordan told me they may be coming from a different location. A day later, received notification the order was canceled. Checked back with Jordan and he confirmed that the 12AX7 had shipped and supplied me with FedEx tracking. Super efficient customer service by Jordan.

I had a great experience . i called the raleigh store to check stock on the item i was looking for. A Young man named Sam told me that they did not have what i was looking for in the store but he offered to order it and have it shipped to my home. Witch is what we did, he took payment over the phone and that was that. i received the product in 3 days as promised.
