Purchased an amp over phone and had shipped for pickup at King of Prussia store. Amp was very well packed, I was allowed to test it before taking it home, staff was accommodating and friendly. All good.

I was in need of two Yamaha powered speakers that nobody had in stock here on Florida’s east coast.
