Cat was amazing! She called around to find the best inventory, and took the time to answer all of my questions as a non-guitarist. Five stars for service! Four stars because the amp was clearly used, which was not what i paid for. The power button is semi-functional, taking 4-5 firm presses before turning on or off. If the amp was readily available I would have exchanged it for another.

I got good service on a used instrument in perfect condition that played perfectly with no need for consulting anyone for help.
