The guitar and hard case shipped quickly but upon inspection the guitar shipped without a spring in the bigsby vibrato. The guitar was fully strung so I have no idea how the spring would have popped out. Reached out to Tripp who I originally dealt with. Thought they would overnight a spring right out but it has been over a week and no spring yet. I decided to order one from Amazon and expect that will show up before Sam Ash. Talked with a sales rep and he help me order a back ordered guitar and had the guitar to me in less than 30 days, very happy with the guitar and my experience with the sales rep was great….will use Sam Ash again for my next instrument

Cat was amazing! She called around to find the best inventory, and took the time to answer all of my questions as a non-guitarist. Five stars for service! Four stars because the amp was clearly used, which was not what i paid for. The power button is semi-functional, taking 4-5 firm presses before turning on or off. If the amp was readily available I would have exchanged it for another.

The product was great & order and delivery worked as described. The price was exactly as stated. Sam Ash Music delivered their service to perfection. I got good service on a used instrument in perfect condition that played perfectly with no need for consulting anyone for help.
