Cat was amazing! She called around to find the best inventory, and took the time to answer all of my questions as a non-guitarist. Five stars for service! Four stars because the amp was clearly used, which was not what i paid for. The power button is semi-functional, taking 4-5 firm presses before turning on or off. If the amp was readily available I would have exchanged it for another.

The product was great & order and delivery worked as described. The price was exactly as stated. Sam Ash Music delivered their service to perfection. I got good service on a used instrument in perfect condition that played perfectly with no need for consulting anyone for help. I mean that I got an instrument and instantly could play it as I wanted. I was not able to track the package which my be because I did not want to sign up for notifications.
