The ordered item (a guitar strap) was the last in stock and was slightly frayed. Honestly, I never would have noticed had SamAsh not called AHEAD of time an let me know the situation. They described the defect, offered a discount and a free return on the item if I was not satisfied. I accepted the item and upon receipt it was absolutely not a problem - I am completely satisfied with the it and really appreciated the proactive approach to customer service!
