Always helpful and courteous. All the sales people are very knowledgeable and willing to help. My 21 year old granddaughter is a musician and they were so helpful with her by explaining all the options. We appreciate their service.

Getting a guitar of distinction from Sam Ash was an easy purchase. David Weintraub helped me get the guitar I wanted. So much so, that 1 month later I purchased another guitar from him. He and Sam Ash are great. The guitars came overnight Saturday delivery before noon. They both were in perfect conditions in excellent tune and intonation. I will only get a guitar from Sam Ash and David!!!
