Ordered over the phone a bow for my sister’s birthday, who is 10 states away. The customer service was great and made the process quick and easy. She was able to pick it up the very next day. Definitely recommend!!

Getting a guitar of distinction from Sam Ash was an easy purchase. David Weintraub helped me get the guitar I wanted. So much so, that 1 month later I purchased another guitar from him. He and Sam Ash are great. The guitars came overnight Saturday delivery before noon. They both were in perfect conditions in excellent tune and intonation. I will only get a guitar from Sam Ash and David!!!
On the upside....it appears that Ash was the only music instrument site that actually had inventory on the Yamaha P121 that zi was searching for. The cust. Service rep was great to deal with and smoothed out the usual bumps. The downside was the 2 day delivery I paid extra for didn't happen. It was delivered in 4 days, which was the standard time without an extra charge.
