Had been looking around for a while and decided to buy a used guitar. They had what I wanted in stock online. Item was in perfect condition as described. Fast shipping, and saved about $50 with an awesome condition used. I figured I was safe with a larger nationwide retailer when ordering online. No issues at all from beginning to end.
I had the pleasure of speaking with sales rep, Steve Price over the phone, when I called to inquire about a piece of gear. Steve went out of his way to get a shipping timeline for me, that particular piece of gear had about a 2 month wait list at almost all other retailers.
