Steve worked hard to get me the keyboard I wanted quickly. He called me after I received my order to ensure everything was satisfactory.
I dealt directly with a store in Long Island. They helped me track down a couple hard to fine parts for my guitar and shipped them out to me the same day…. The service is among the best I have ever experienced with any music store.
My Kurzweil damper pedal had a short in the cable. I emailed San du Lee at the KOP store. He emailed me back immediately, recommended a new pedal and set up my order. Matthew, a salesman, processed my order and I received it the next day!! Awesome service!!!
Fast, Easy and Efficient transaction!
Buying online was simple and easy. The store rep that shipped my items called.right away and was very helpful. I do not however recommend calling and talking to the online reps. The one I contacted never looked for my items and never called back or tried to substitute another product. He was useless.
Guitar was just as described and came with a case!
