Professional service, good communication
Got help and found what i needed
The guitar is fine. The service was not so fine. I tried for two days to get info on my guitar, but no response. Not one! Then I call my local store in Winterpark, FL, and I'm told my guitar has been there for three days, to which I replied, no one called me! Your customer service leave little to be desired! I guess if I had spent bigger money or was some professional musician you would have treated me better. It's all good. Have a great day.
