Great customer service, over all a great experience
I experienced the best customer service from David Weintraub. I believe he actually cared that I was happy with my purchase (a Martin 000-28 EC) and it wasn't a-take-the-money-and-run transaction. Although my purchase started as an online sale, he called multiple times, worked to solve the situation of a backorder of the first guitar ordered, and did his best to build a relationship with me. The best music store in the Country!
Answered my question quickly and with knowledge
I received my recording device and anxious to use it. I haven’t received the microphone stand yet. I am hoping to get to the local store Sunday to trade in one of my guitars. I grew up with the NYC Sam Ash. I don’t remember how many times me, my brothers and friends visited the store.
The website was very easy to navigate. The shipping for my item was very quick. I am glad I purchased from Sam Ash.
