The amplifier was exactly as described. It was new in an unopened box. It was a signature amp that was no longer made so I was glad that SamAsh had one. Price was better that I could find with the few places I could find the amplifier. I would definitely do business with them again.

The piano was for my daughter's family in NYC. I gave them an old address. UPS got another address for my daughter from somewhere but it was 90 miles upstate. Sam Ash personnel somehow got the piano turned around on the day it was to be delivered and returned it to the correct address in the city. Was I amazed and grateful? Yes.
