The piano was for my daughter's family in NYC. I gave them an old address. UPS got another address for my daughter from somewhere but it was 90 miles upstate. Sam Ash personnel somehow got the piano turned around on the day it was to be delivered and returned it to the correct address in the city. Was I amazed and grateful? Yes.

Well.....ordering was fine. Shipped out quickly. The tracking link was wonky but otherwise everything went fine. Delivery 3 days late but no fault of SA. At the time of ordering they were the only instrument dealer with Epi Firebirds in stock. Sweet guitar!! I would order from SA again.
