Guitar shipped fast, was exceptionally well packed and was reasonably priced. Guitar is exactly as advertised and appears to be a quality instrument (it’s a gift).
I ordered a high-end keyboard on their website, which indicated they had new inventory in stock. I therefore stopped looking around at other vendor websites. A couple days later, I was informed that actually they did not have any new units in stock and that the only available unit was the floor model from a store in Florida. I don't consider that as "new". Given them 3 stars since they were at least honest with me after a couple days and before finally shipping the unit.
