I had an item shipped to store for Christmas and they called me when it came in. Unfortunately I had a positive contact after I ordered the thing. I explained to the associate my situation and she figured out how to do the whole thing outside and socially distanced.

Placing the order was easy. The next day, the location (Nashville) that had my purchased item called to confirm that I was aware the item had been the demo/display item in that store and therefore was not considered 'new' prior to shipping. While the site listing had indicated that, I thought was fantastic the team member who called to verify that just in case. Shipping was quick and my new bass was well packaged for transport - arrived in perfect condition.
Everyone else was telling me I had to wait until April to get my new Yamaha digital piano. You guys had it in stock, ordering was easy, and it was at my door in a few days. Couldn’t be more pleased.😊
