They went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the drum set was delivered on time for our grandson's birthday. Then they followed with a phone to make sure that we received it.
Great financing deal convinced me to buy a great American Professional II Jazz Fretless bass. Less that 24 hrs from when I ordered it was already at my door. It arrived safe and set up great. No problems yet, and I know if they do pop up, the local Sam Ash will help me out.

Quick delivery but the box was huge for 12 guitar picks. An envelope would of probably worked..
The Good: The sale and Customer Service aspect went great, as I was able to order a necessary piece for an upcoming show this weekend that otherwise has extremely limited market availability (I was only able to find this one unit out of all available domestic suppliers).
