Was a little apprehensive purchasing an item in "as new" condition, but the item really was in new condition, and well wrapped with all the original accessories. Excellent, professional and friendly service. Quick delivery and product availability stood out above the competition as this item was on back order at almost every other store and online. At the few other outlets where the item was available, the price was higher than Sam Ash’ price and/ or there was a shipping charge, where Sam Ash had free shipping. I was very happy with my purchase and the experience with Sam Ash. I will look to them first with my future musical item purchases.

Staff (online and offline) were very helpful. I ordered a guitar new online and they notified me that it would be a display model even though it was in mint condition. I likely wouldn't have known any differently if they hadn't told me, I appreciated that disclosure. Was packed very well with a ton of thick bubble wrap, survived the two day shipping trip just fine. Happy with my purchase, thanks guys!
