The product a used paiste ride cymbal was listed as good condition after receiving it , I was very surprised the cymbal looks brand new very happy with it and quick delivery
I got a great guitar at a great price. I ordered online, and before shipping the guitar the store manager contacted me to make sure I was aware that I was buying an 'open box' model. The store manager also included a free gig bag to protect the guitar in shipping, which I really appreciated. Overall, great product, great price, great service. I wish I had a physical Sam Ash store nearby (in Northern California).
