Excellent service, fair price, super fast delivery!
The experience was great. The only thing I would have liked to see different was the information that was provided to me after I placed my order. I had no idea where my order was being fulfilled from, when it was shipping, when it was arriving, or any tracking info. But otherwise great :-)

Ordered a much anticipated Roland SPD-SX-SE package. As always, customer service was great and went out of their way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and made sure I had everything in the package that was necessary so there'd be no need for a follow up order. Kudos!!!
The product a used paiste ride cymbal was listed as good condition after receiving it , I was very surprised the cymbal looks brand new very happy with it and quick delivery
I got a great guitar at a great price. I ordered online, and before shipping the guitar the store manager contacted me to make sure I was aware that I was buying an 'open box' model. The store manager also included a free gig bag to protect the guitar in shipping, which I really appreciated. Overall, great product, great price, great service. I wish I had a physical Sam Ash store nearby (in Northern California).
