I bought from "Christian Philippi" [Hollywood location] who I think deserves raise in salary and special promotion. I normally buy everything from Guitar Center but his knowledge (over the phone) that you can ship faster than Guitar Center made me to buy this pick up from you this time! So I encourage you to take very good care of your fine employee who makes a difference!
The item I wanted was available in-store (Manhattan) when I checked on-line, and I picked it up the same day. Could not find a better price. Great sales staff. Bought my first guitar at Sam Ash and too many guitars and gear later, I have not been disappointed.
Purchased a demo amp head, everything was great it works and looks like new. Took one star off because while chatting with a representative he was snarky and rude.
