I was very impressed with the service I received from Steve Price, he contacted me directly about my order. My order was on backorder and to be honest I was not expecting to be delivered earlier than 2-4 weeks, but Steve got involved early and found looked up for my keyboard around and found one and sent it within a week!
Ordered Gig Bag on-line, super easy, showed up at my house the next day. Can't do better than that

The sales manager made the purchase over the phone easy. The guitar was received days before promised. The guitar which was in a wherehouse, still unpackaged from Australia, was in good condition but needs a small set up.

Purchased a Harkte HD500 combo at basically a used price that was a returned to SA, but was brand new, still in box with plastic overwrap untouched. Only $12 to ship from Florida to Texas ( loved that). Arrived in three days, in perfect shape. What a killer combo, lots of punch and has very clean articulation. i wanted a particular guitar i saw for sale at the sam ash store in margate fl and did not want to drive the 300 miles to get it. i had trouble in the past with sam ash sending me a guitar from the warehouse instead of the exact guitar they were showing for sale. i was told they were stock photos. i asked why they would show the serial # on these highly figured guitars if that item was not available for sale? no reply from sam ash. some of these birdseye maple guitars have little to no figuring in the wood while others are ... read more
