Went to the store in Raleigh while visiting North Carolina, because I had seen online a specific guitar that sparked my interest. When I got there, the guitar looked good, but wasn't playing all that well. The sales guy, Ben, said, "Oh, yeah, old strings and the wrong brand. Let me change them for you." Great job, they promised 2 day shipping and delivered. My bass amp was acting up and I decided time to get a new one, peavey mini max 600. I called the main office he said they had one and could get it out that day. I checked 2 other popular stores, both wouldn't guarantee delivery , their loss Sam Ash is my new go to place. Im a gigging musician and am always needing something.
