This was the second excellent experience I've had with Sam Ash/Sarasota, FL in the past 6 months. Sales Reps Grant and Bryan and store manager Barry have handled both transactions efficiently and professionally. It was my initial experience last August that led me to buy from that store again even though I live in Colorado. I'm quite pleased with both instruments and the service I received and will continue doing business with the store.
