Despite a few hiccups, I’m pleased with the transaction. Sam Ash was cautious about sending my purchase to my son’s apartment in Philadelphia so we had to send it to my son’s coach’s office. His coach was helpful and the product (a complete keyboard outfit: keyboard, stand, bench, etc) was well packaged. Everything worked when it finally got set up. All in all a successful operation.

It was easy. I found a great option to get a 5 pc. Kit with extra Tom in lieu of snare. I already owned a nice Tama walbut snare. Shipped on time no apparent damage.
