My salesman was great and very patient with me. I bought a keyboard complete with stand and bench for my grandson who is 7 years old. Keyboard sounds really good especially the piano sound. My grandson loves it! For my granddaughter who is 8 yrs old, I purchased a 3/4 guitar. The size was perfect for her to handle and play. But I am not impressed with the sound quality. Sound is shallow and not very pleasing. I left a voice mail for my salesman and hope that I can exchange the guitar for another.Ā
I've been to Sam Ash in Charlotte many times because the Columbia, SC area, where we live, has nothing comparable in terms of shopping for musical instruments and supplies. On this trip, we were served by Paul in the keyboard department, as my daughter had her eye on a new synthesizer for her home studio. Paul was great to work with! Does what it needs to do. Ordered and shipped quickly. Only complaint is size (while itās not another box in the mix, and it does not require another xlr cable the length does make it more difficult to work with)Ā
