I am a very beginner. These guys treated me like a pro. They answered all of my questions and I walked out with a Left Handed Fender Strat. I live 20 miles from this branch and would come back bo problem. I went to a Guitar Center nice me and they treated me like a nobody, and they are only 3 miles from my house. I'm happy about the product and the delivery was on time.
The tracking info was clear, and fairly accurate. One item arrived early from the estimate. Others came on time. I ordered three items at once. Not sure why they all shipped separately. They didn't need to be. The packing job was great. Everything very secure inside, and boxes sealed tight. On-line shopping is great in this Covid time, but I'd like the stores to stay open. I prefer a hands-on experience.
