Everything was exactly as ordered and arrived quickly as promised
The staff at SamAsh were great and very attentive and polite. Also, they knew what they were talking about. The staff are musicians themselves and has dabbled into the products they sell. They impressed me. You'll have a far better experience here than Guitar Center- Guitar Center had a lot depressing staff and it makes you wonder how the management is there.
