The gentleman on the phone was super helpful, and picking up the mouthpiece went very quick.
I ordered an item online to pick up in the store. When I picked it up, it wasn’t quite what I wanted. The manager really made an effort to make sure I was happy and helped me order a replacement item. The replacement arrived just a few days later , in plenty of time for my son’s birthday. Trying to shop and get things done during COVID can be so frustrating, but it was nice to see the manager go the extra mile! Thanks again.
