If you live in Punta Gorda do not use this company they will tech you only have one tech who will not clean up after himself and will not finish the job properly. I wasted three days of my company truck and still my window in not complete. They sell you through McKenzie Auto Glass which I could not find. On Saturday, 6-4-2022, my son was driving from South Carolina to Amelia Island to join us for vacation. There were two large buzzards on the side of the road eating a dead animal. A car coming from the opposite direction caused them to try and fly away. One of them flew directly into his window causing it to burst and cave in. I called Same Day Windshield on the March 30th, due to another company unable to complete request in timely manner. Scheduled appointment for next day. Received a call unable to complete, as they were not aware that they needed to have a tech from a local location, rescheduled for 4/1. Received a call at 5:30pm (appt 2-6) that tech had an emergency. I scheduled a windshield replacement. For 3/23/22. They did not have the glass in stock and rescheduled for the 24th. It was raining and rescheduled for the 25th between 2 and 6. They called at 1:30 and said they would be there within an hour. I called multiple times after 2:30. They said they could not get a hold of the guy. I ended up canceling the order at 5:00 and called ********. Should have called them first.

My complaint is this Company came out to replace the windshield and the one they replace it cracked after they put it, lost the whole day waiting on them and 2 days later they came back and replaced it again and this time it was okay. Unfortunately, sometimes during install the glass can break and that does cause a delay as we have to pick up a new piece. The call recordings for this job were reviewed, and it was explained that our calibration was through a third party on multiple calls. I used Same Day Windshield to replace the windshield on my Dodge Caravan last year and was so happy I decided to use them again to replace the windshield on my Ford Escape. First of all they do not do the actual work. They use outside windshield installers. Our windshield howls when we drive and the wipers are out of adjustment. After noticing a very large crack in my windshield I called Same Day Windshield on Saturday to schedule an appointment on Monday. I provided the operator with my vehicle information and contact number. I was told I would receive a phone call an hour before the technician arrived. The technician DID NOT call to let me know when he was on the way, AND arrived at my house with the WRONG WINDSHIELD. The only supplier we could get the required part for your vehicle, was the Mazda dealership itself, and unfortunately they were three days out from being able to get that to us. Absolute rip off. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. Waited for an hour and a half past the deadline. Called 3 times and each time was promised a call back. No one did. On the 3rd call, I was told the installer sent an email saying they cancelled. The man at the call center asked if I wanted to just cancel it and get refunded. We do apologize for the negative experience. We were given faulty information from a technician that because of this, no longer works with our company. Better follow up to you should have happened, without you having to call back in multiple times. This has been addressed with our dispatch department as well. All temporary holds were removed as of the day of cancellation.
