Absolute rip off. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. Waited for an hour and a half past the deadline. Called 3 times and each time was promised a call back. No one did. On the 3rd call, I was told the installer sent an email saying they cancelled. The man at the call center asked if I wanted to just cancel it and get refunded. I said yes and he said he would put in the refund right away and I would have it the next day. I did not get the refund the next day, so I called and asked for a manager. A lady an... read more

We do apologize for the negative experience. We were given faulty information from a technician that because of this, no longer works with our company. Better follow up to you should have happened, without you having to call back in multiple times. This has been addressed with our dispatch department as well. All temporary holds were removed as of the day of cancellation.
I had a lousy experience with Same Day Windshields. I scheduled an appointment for between 2pm and 6pm and called the office several times to make sure that they were coming. My windshield was completely shattered so I had to park my van at a parking lot and obtain permission to leave it there overnight. On my last call to their office I explained this and the fact that I had to meet the technician at my vehicle which I intended to drive home that evening. Same day??--not true. Took them two full days then they showed up at 5 p.m. as we were closing. The installer left debri from the windshield cushioning and lots of broken glass all over the place. What a mess! Did not clean up a thing. Our parking lot is not a garbage dump! VERY disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

Stay clear of this company. Use Safelite or Auto Glass America. The company offers a $100 rebate in order to get your business. One they have installed the windshield, they inform you to contact their office for the rebate. Once you contact the office in regards to the status of the $100 rebate the run around begins. I was informed that I would receive my rebate check within three to six days after my windshield was installed. My windshield was installed on March 19, 2018. While setting an appointment time (we were given a 6 hour window of arrival) with "Same Day Windshields" I was told their Tech would call us an hour out. I then made a request to have the Tech call me when he was in our driveway so we could put our dog out in the back yard. (The dog barks loudly and often when he hears noises outside our home.)
