As a first time home buyer, the loan process was the stressful part of this process. I shopped around for different loan options, but when I contacted Sam from the very first call he made sure to show professionalism and respect to his clients. Usually lenders make you initiate the process and then increase % and add fees on you but with Sam he was very honest and actually was able to save me money. I highly recommend Sam Ghazal to anyone shopping around and want to be in good hands.

Sameh is outstanding- an excellent loan officer and a great person to work with. I would definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues. Sameh was a great and professional person to work with especially during the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. He coached us through and communicated through the whole process. He was very responsive and got all the players involved that needed to be involved to get everything completed for my closing.

Sam is polite, professional and constantly available. As a first time home buyer I had a million questions.
