Samia won't communicate with tenants. If you'd like to live in a place where you are easily able to communicate to your landlord and have a mutual respect for each other, avoid Samia.

terrible apartment, terrible manager Do not rent apartments form Samia, from Mark Lynn. Mark Lynn is the manager. She never picked up the phone, alway let you leave the message. If you complain something, she never calls back. Only she calls when she doesn't receive the pay check. She never respects the tenant.

DO NOT rent from Samia! Do not rent from Samia unless you want direct exposure to mold, mildew, bedbugs, and cockroaches.

Awful Ridiculous.... I'm completely changing my review. This is the second time they're trying to evict us with giving no notice whatsoever. They're rude, unorganized and just ridiculous. I can't wait to move out!!!
