Sam was terrific. We got to work very quickly. He was available for all calls and questions I had, without delay. He worked to get me a great deal on a 30-year fixed conventional loan. He prepared me very well for the home buying process and the closing costs even came in lower than first estimated. The document collection process was very simple, as he has a great portal making it easy to deliver. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
