Sam is the third lender I have worked with for purchases or re finance and he is by far the best experience I’ve had. He is honest and accurate, quick, and accommodating. I worked with 2 lenders on a re finance and the terms I received with Sam were FAR better than the other who I was working with for comparison. It was also a much smoother process than I have had in the past doing the same thing. I cannot recommend working with him enough!
I enjoyed working with Samson and his assistant Charity of Midwest Equity Mortgage/Celebrity Home Loans! They were very patient, knowledgeable, prompt, and easy to work with. Sam and Gina at Midwest Equity were wonderful to work with during our recent home purchase. They answered all my questions throughout the entire process very quickly and thoroughly, usually responding within an hour or two. Sam even went the extra mile and found a mobile notary in Florida to meet with my parents to sign documents so we could keep the process moving forward and hit our closing date! Excellent service and communication throughout! I would definitely recommend them.
It was a pleasure doing business with Sam, he was easy to talk to, he simplified the procedure, he was always available for my questions, he gave me reassurance through what was a very stressful time for me. He was a very positive person. The app that he had me download was very easy and helpful, it gave me all the info I needed and gave me a step by step breakdown of the process.
