Samson, was very hands on during the whole process. He made sure he responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He followed up to ensure that we stayed on top of things and made the process alot easier to deal with. Although it was a exciting time it was very stressful but Samson assured us that we were in good shape! I have dealt with few lenders in the past but I do have to say Sam was the best I have ever had. He was kind and helpful all the way through. Also thorough, knowledgeable and provided guidance every step of the way. He was very quick on responding to any question I had. The process was actually made quite easy for me especially being a first time home buyer. I did like the timeline calendar which showed what would happen on each day and the introduction of the team. Sam was always available no matter the time to answer questions. He tried to make it as easy of a process for me and I appreciate that!
