Everyone from start to finish was so incredibly helpful and personable, it was like we were part of the family. We got answers to any questions we had no matter how important it was or wasn’t really quickly. Sam even showed up at closing to make sure everything went smoothly and explain anything that needed to be explained. Y’all went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated!

Sam is the best! He helped me through the entire process from start to finish. I mean that very literally! I had basically no credit history when I decided to work toward buying a home. Sam gave me advice on how to build up a good credit score with the goal of obtaining mortgage approval. I was a first-time homebuyer, so I had a lot of questions. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Sam and the rest of the team at The Mortgage Firm!
