I would not use any other company to help me obtaining a mortgage. This is the 2nd time in 5 years that I have used the Mortgage Firm. The communication and assistance is unmatched in my opinion that conventional banking industry could learn a thing or 2 from Sam D., Denise D., and Julie R. as they have made the process so easy. I have purchased 6 homes in my life and I have to say that this transaction was the MOST seamless!! To say that Sam and his team were professional, kind, courteous and just decent caring people is an understatement. They were always a day or week ahead of schedule and never skipped a beat. There is always a bit of anxiety associated with the home loan process but Sam and his team took that all away from the word go. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and responsive. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free experience securing a home loan.
