Love love love everything about this place! Management is nothing short of stellar. The maintenance people are efficient and prompt. 3 of my family members have lived here in San Carlos over the course of 15 years at different times. All of us loved it. I am sad to be moving out and will truly miss the great staff and neighbors. Would highly recommend to everyone.
I visited San Carol Apartments. I met with Angie the manager, she was very nice and professional. Angie has been with this company for 22 years. One, two and three bedrooms all with 9 foot ceilings, crown molding and garden tubs. Detached garages also available. Very nice experience at San Carlos. Brandi DeSanta Valley King Properties
I recently moved into the San Carlos community/complex and the team of ladies managing the front-office have been great... from the professionalism, the organization, and the communication. My move-in went extremely smoothly, and I look forward to enjoying a quiet, clean, and safe living arrangement.....
I've experienced 3 other apartments before this and this is my first "village" styled apartment. Fantastic apartment. The apartments are roomy. The pricing is fantastic compared to some properties around. The environment is quiet (great for work from home). And the staff are absolutely fantastic. Super helpful (like calling me about a package I was worried wasn't gonna get delivered in time). I’ve been here for about almost three months. Property is very well maintained. Staff are always extremely friendly, understanding and thoughtful. It’s a fantastic place to call home. Pool area is almost always very mellow and other tents are very welcoming. It’s nice to live somewhere in Scottsdale that they still treat their renters with the old treat them well and they will be happy way of business.
