The property is great but I feel like the new rates are too high based on the area and a few other factors.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it based on the friendly community and staff. I would not recommend it based on the air conditioning and heating costs. It's over $100 when everything is turned off. In the winter, I never turn the heat on since my air handler will run constantly just to try to get it up to 70. In the summer, it's $350 just to keep it at 80. Multiple complaints and inspections and being told everything is ok. My neighbor has the same problem.
