Easy painless experience. Was about ready to go with another broker when I received a call from Michael. Company I work for has an agreement that lender fees are refunded and that made BBMC way cheaper than my other option Ended up closing early (28 days) - thanks to the (correct) advice of Michael to close before year end and save money on 2018 taxes. Best experience with BBMC My entire experience with BBMC was great. When there was something for me to sign I was notified by my Mortgage Banker Ryan Force. He was always a step ahead in letting me know what to expect next. If I have trouble with an e-mail he would talk me through it with lots of patients in the world. Then all the people from the different departments would always let me know what to expect next and were the process was. Very professional.
The Loan Process Selena Hudson was an excellent lending agent. She was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the loan process. She was available to answer questions regarding my loan via text message, phone, email or instant messenger. I would recommend her services to others looking for home financing.
