Helpful and Effective For my first home buy, Kip with BBMC was extremely helpful. He understood the process and worked with me and my agent to make sure we closed on time despite several hiccups. He also worked to lock in my rate days before they increased so I had a better rate.
BBMC My banker at BBMC was a straight shooter, always on top of things, very helpful, and easy to contact when in need. The process for my home loan was extremely simple and was processed very quickly. I would definitely contact this mortgage banker in the future if I decide to purchase another house.
