Smooth Loan Process Ryan did an outstanding job walking me thru the loan process and making it clear everything that the processor / underwriter may possible need to see. While being a real estate investor there were a lot of documents that needed to be gather and assemble for loan approval. There wasn’t anything that came up I wasn’t prepared for and ready to provide to the underwriter. Thanks Ryan for a job well done.

Excellent Service BBMC provided excellent service. Patricia Rodriguez was a mortgage loan officer and she was very responsive, explained the process in detail and go my loan closed quickly. Kevin Gibson was my processing manager and he was very responsive and worked quickly on my account. I want to thank BBMC for the excellent service they provided and making the home purchasing experience for me a great one. You guys are AWESOME.
