Awesome job, BBMC! After a disasterous experience with another bank I spoke with Tony Fragale at BBMC Mortgage. Closed on a HUD Home Closing on a HUD home is more difficult than any other homes because of the requirements. I think Allison did a pretty good job on how she handled the whole situation.
