So many mortgage companies So many mortgage companies drag out the process and aren’t forthcoming in the reasons for delays. Jill was on top of everything and the whole process went as smooth as she said it would. She was always responsive. We finished our refi in half the time that a few of our friends and family finished theirs.
Home Equity Loan I wish I could say the process was quick and easy, and that it was a dream. That wasn't the case, to be honest. Overall it was a good experience and the representative was courteous, professional, and very responsive to our requests for information or clarification of instructions. The process was pretty smooth although we did have one concern at our closing with the notary.<br />Unfortunately we were given the wrong title company to send our closing costs to. Easy Refinancing Quintin helped me through the process of refinancing. He made it very quick and easy overall, and answered every question I had about the process. Very good communication through phone and quick to respond to emails.
Great Experience Quinn handled our refinance and the process was incredibly easy. It was a good experience I was initially looking for a home equity loan to do some home upgrades, but I had to take a different route and ended up doing a refinance. Eric was extremely helpful and patient in the process. He explained everything to me and made everything easy to understand. He was available to talk anytime I had a question. I highly recommend him!
Excellent experience Mr. Givens was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He explained the process for my loan in detail. Everything was disclosed right from the start. He patiently had me make a T chart to visually show me the options for my loan vs. my debts. He worked diligently to acquire the best rate --which was 3% lower than another company I spoke with.
